Based on my love of the original Borderlands game, and the style of the weapons within the game, I wanted to take this style and create my own interpretation of a weapon which could be included in the game. Modeling was done in Maya, and was the first full project that I have completed using this software. During the project I heard of dDo and thought that it would be a good project to try it out and learn an alternative way of texturing assets.
